About the role<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

– We are seeking a seasoned M&E and Reporting Lead to design and run our socioeconomic monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems. You\u2019ll ensure that data is captured, validated, analysed, and translated into clear insights for decision-making\u2014while coaching a small team and coordinated.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

– Design and implement the Socioeconomic M&E Framework, KPIs, and data flows, aligned with company policies and lenders\u2019 standards.<\/p>\n

– Own data quality\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>oversees collection, verification, storage, and accessibility<\/p>\n

– Analyse and\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>visualize turn quantitative\/qualitative data into dashboards, insights, and adaptive management actions<\/p>\n

– Report with rigor\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>deliver timely internal and external reports<\/p>\n

– Steward indicators\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>coordinate socioeconomic performance tracking and alignment<\/p>\n

– Lead the team onboard, coach, and mentor M&E and reporting technicians; build skills and standards.<\/p>\n

– Stakeholder interfaces\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>collaborate to surface key community issues and mitigation.<\/p>\n

– Risk and change control to identify risks, propose mitigations, and coordinate Management of Change for SeM plans.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

– Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s in social sciences, Public Policy, International Development, Economics, Statistics, or related.<\/p>\n

– 10+ years broad experience in M&E\/social research, including framework design, data management, and reporting\u2014ideally in leadership roles.<\/p>\n

– Proficiency in Excel and SPSS; strong skills in Power BI (or similar) for dashboards and data storytelling.<\/p>\n

– Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.<\/p>\n

– Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; team-first mindset.<\/p>\n

– Advantage: broad socioeconomic domain knowledge and experience with tools like Isometrix.<\/p>\n

– Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across functions and priorities.<\/p>\n
