Follow up on customer orders and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process;<br \/>\n2. Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods to ensure smooth logistics operations;<br \/>\n3. Assist management with daily tasks and interdepartmental communication;<br \/>\n4. Maintain and update systems with order, inventory, and customer data;<br \/>\n5. Support on-site coordination with suppliers or clients as needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Requirements:<br \/>\n1. Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred;<br \/>\n2. Proficient in using computer software such as Excel, Word, and email systems;<br \/>\n3. Able to use English as a working language, with good communication skills (spoken and written);<br \/>\n4. Basic knowledge of lubricants, tires, or mechanical products is a plus;<br \/>\n5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of identifying and solving problems independently;<br \/>\n6. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;<br \/>\n7.
