Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of community health, safety, security and project-induced in-migration (PIIM) programs for the Rovuma LNG Project. You\u2019ll ensure compliance with social and lender commitments, engage key stakeholders (government, NGOs, civil society), and drive impact mitigation strategies across affected communities.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n

– Develop and maintain Community Health, Safety & Security Plans and PIIM policies, tools and awareness campaigns.<\/p>\n

– Define indicators, conduct studies and report on program effectiveness.<\/p>\n

– Coordinate with affected communities, GoM, lenders and civil society to roll out socio-economic management activities.<\/p>\n

– Work closely with Community Liaison, Local Economic Development, Community Investment and other internal teams to ensure integrated delivery.<\/p>\n

– Present project initiatives in external forums and support SSHE\/lender reporting requirements.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

– 8\u201310 years in complex, multicultural environments; proven track record in socio-economic or community-risk management.<\/p>\n

– Degree\/specialization in Environmental or Social Sciences, Economics, or related field.<\/p>\n

– Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and conflict-resolution abilities.<\/p>\n

– Excellent monitoring, evaluation and report-writing skills.<\/p>\n

– Fluent in English & Portuguese (written and verbal).<\/p>\n

– Familiarity with anti-corruption\/bribery legislation, government and lender reporting<\/p>\n
