{"id":23237,"date":"2025-07-21T17:50:08","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T17:50:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=23237"},"modified":"2025-07-21T17:50:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T17:50:08","slug":"vaga-administrative-assistant-nampula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-administrative-assistant-nampula\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Administrative Assistant &#8211; Nampula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Vacancy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malaria Consortium is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nampula, Mozambique<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Degree or similar qualification in Administration or related field.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0At least 3-5 years&#8217; experience working in an operations related role specifically in administration or event management.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Demonstrable passion for Malaria Consortium&#8217;s mission; a strategic manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to work effectively and sensitively with staff in other locations.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Facilitation and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crises.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Basic to intermediate computer skills (Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge of file organization, document control and administrative routines.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Support purchasing, HR, finance and other administrative departments.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We need to keep beneficiaries safe so our selection process reflects our commitment to safeguarding.
