{"id":22775,"date":"2025-07-08T08:33:59","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T08:33:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=22775"},"modified":"2025-07-08T08:33:59","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T08:33:59","slug":"vaga-field-operations-assistant-tete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-field-operations-assistant-tete\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Field Operations Assistant &#8211; Tete"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>About the role<\/b><br \/>\n<span lang=\"fr\">Burn is looking for a\u00a0<\/span>Field Operations Assistant in Tete who will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating the efficient functioning of the field operations team.<br \/>\n<b>Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Last Mile Inventory Management:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure safe, timely &amp; effective inventory flow in the last mile meeting BURN\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>operating procedures and processes consistently.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing stock storage processes including tagging and labelling<\/li>\n<li>Report the stock status to the warehouse supervisor on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Keep an accurate, up-to-date track of inventory to minimize losses and damages.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures recovery of lost inventory happens according to processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure incoming product is received and managed\/arranged appropriately according to<\/li>\n<li>BURN\u2019s procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Stock Taking:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and control inventory stock counting\/inventory accuracy checks with support from warehouse supervisor and sales agents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facility and Government compliance<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Assume full responsibility for the Stockist Point facility.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with Safety and Security company procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that licenses and local Government (TAE, Taxa de Lixo, Offloading taxes) are up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Aftersales:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving the default product brought back for fixing and communicating resolution timelines to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and fix defaulted products and update the relevant reports after resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of stock management<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0+- 1 years of supply chain management experience<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the FIFO\/LILO Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Grade 12 -Academic qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Very good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Qualified Female Candidates are encouraged to Apply<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Apply for this job: <a href=\"https:\/\/burnmanufacturing.applytojob.com\/apply\/VdPStRMxCk\/Field-Operations-Assistant-Tete\">https:\/\/burnmanufacturing.applytojob.com\/apply\/VdPStRMxCk\/Field-Operations-Assistant-Tete<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the role Burn is looking for a\u00a0Field Operations Assistant in Tete who will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating the efficient functioning of the field operations team.
