This includes overseeing day-to-day activities, managing the on-site team, ensuring all infrastructure and services are maintained, and acting as the main representative of MozParks for existing tenants and potential clients.<\/p>\n<p>The Coordinator ensures the implementation of operational controls and administrative processes that support the strategic goals of the park.<\/p>\n<p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Operational management <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and delegate responsibilities to all on-the-ground staff and service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily park operations are running efficiently and in compliance with MozParks procedures and policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead internal planning and oversee implementation of control and monitoring systems to improve performance and service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor the general maintenance and upkeep of park infrastructure, including roads, utilities, signage, and common areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the execution of infrastructure expansion and development projects at the park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b> Park services &amp; infrastructure oversight <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the activities and schedules of on-site security personnel and contractors, ensuring proper coverage, reporting, and adherence to park rules.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the condition and use of all infrastructure and land plots, identifying unauthorized use, encroachments, or safety issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise all maintenance activities within the park, including routine, preventive, and emergency repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that public spaces, access roads, lighting, signage, and utility networks are properly maintained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with contractors and internal teams to address infrastructure-related issues efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Administrative oversight <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of park operations, incidents, maintenance activities, and staff attendance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and submit operational and financial reports to management as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper communication with relevant departments (HR, Finance, Engineering, Sales &amp; Marketing, etc.) and implement management directives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor performance of the park team and coordinate routine meetings and updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Tenant &amp; client engagement <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the on-the-ground contact point for all tenants at Beluluane Industrial Park, ensuring their operational needs and concerns are addressed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the company professionally to all visitors, clients, government representatives, or potential investors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up on tenant issues and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Sales team by providing operational context during site visits and client onboarding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compliance &amp;
