Role Description<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Mission<\/p>\n

<\/strong>\u25aa Ensure the planning and management of the project plant construction activities, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring approach, supervising multidisciplinary construction works according to the contract requirements and project objectives<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure time, costs, quality, safety targets are met, through direct coordination and management of a project construction plant team, interfacing with project organization, subcontractors, suppliers and clients<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure adequate support to project management Team in defining, monitoring and updating project execution plant<\/p>\n

Tasks<\/p>\n

<\/strong>\u25aa Provide the guidelines for the definition of construction execution plan and its strategies, such as subcontracting plans, logistic and constructability studies, during the earlier stages of the project<\/p>\n

Experinece in construction train CM inside battery limit<\/p>\n

\u25aa Participate in defining the overall project planning and scheduling for construction activities, with the support of the expertise of construction organization key positions<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the application and, where not already arranged in the planning phase, the issue of suitable procedures for the definition of working methods and site regulations<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure that the activities are carried out within the planned time and costs, coordinating and instructing the construction team accordingly and intervening with corrective actions in case of deviations or difficulties<\/p>\n

\u25aa Analyze all information regarding the progress of the work, indicating the causes of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and\/or request instructions to overcome these problems<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the implementation of recovery plans, if needed, including the re-planning of the activities and the reassignment of the scope of work to the subcontractors, or intervening with direct hiring personnel<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the progress data gathering and analysis in order to prepare the work progress reports<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination verifying adequacy and consistency of construction strategies. Take necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines, ensuring the optimization of construction sequences<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure and coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of the assigned resources, in accordance with the project planned time frame and project needs<\/p>\n

\u25aa Coordinate the execution of multidisciplinary construction activities and manage activities assigned to subcontractors, providing the guidelines for the execution of the works and monitoring the adequacy of manpower and equipment to face the construction activities<\/p>\n

\u25aa Give technical support to project management to evaluate any variation requests<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the achievement of the established construction milestones, including the mechanical completion objectives<\/p>\n

\u25aa Manage the interfaces with the Client for all the matters relevant to construction activities<\/p>\n

\u25aa Manage the interfaces with engineering departments for drawings and materials availability<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure that the lessons learnt for construction are clearly identified, granting the monitoring of plants performances to capitalize experiences and identifying areas of improvement<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the continuous monitoring of construction efficiencies and productivity factors;<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure\/manage the Mechanical Completion activity by \u201cSystem and Sub-System\u201d as clearly identified by Commissioning Manager, monitoring the schedule, Quality certification, punch list, up to final handover to Commissioning\/Client<\/p>\n

\u25aa Define monthly construction work-front studies based on Engineering\/Procurement data and Site conditions to support Subcontractors and Direct Hire manpower;<\/p>\n

\u25aa Set objectives, measurable targets and clear responsibilities for all Supervision staff involved in the Project;<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the implementation of HSE procedures for construction and pre-commissioning<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the implementation of site quality control plan<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure the management of construction budget through continuous analysis of monthly payments against the achieved progress and the budget assigned for construction activities and site services, ensuring the correct cash-flow to the all parties involved during construction activities;<\/p>\n

\u25aa Report to the Project Director and Project Manager on matters relevant to Construction Execution;<\/p>\n

\u25aa Ensure review of contractual documents construction related, interfacing with other project functions<\/p>\n
