Robust International is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Beira. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in financial accounting, cost control, and compliance \u2014 ideally within the transport or logistics sector.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd11 Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2705 Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Mozambican tax laws
\n\u2705 Track and manage transport-related costs (fuel, maintenance, labor)
\n\u2705 Ensure timely submission of tax returns and regulatory reports (VAT, IRPC, IRPS)
\n\u2705 Oversee payroll, accounts payable\/receivable, and cash flow forecasting
\n\u2705 Support annual budget preparation and financial planning
\n\u2705 Work with ERP\/accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
\n\u2705 Collaborate with logistics, operations, procurement, and warehouse teams
\n\u2705 Assist with audits and support Group Finance initiatives.<\/p>\n
\ud83c\udf93 Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2714 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n\u2714 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
\n\u2714 Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mozambican tax legislation
\n\u2714 Proven experience in transport\/logistics finance is a strong advantage
\n\u2714 Proficiency in ERP\/accounting systems
\n\u2714 Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills<\/p>\n
