Through <strong>Comathe Academy<\/strong>, we aim to empower young adults, entrepreneurs, and professionals with relevant skills that support economic development and self-reliance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The English Language Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and learner-centered sessions in both <strong>General English<\/strong> and <strong>Business English<\/strong>, using a hybrid format (in-person and online). The trainer will support the academic team in planning, teaching, monitoring student progress, and supporting overall training quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and deliver lessons aligned with Comathe Academy&#8217;s training modules<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate interactive sessions in General and Business English<\/li>\n<li>Develop and distribute instructional materials (digital and printed)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor learner performance and apply assessments<\/li>\n<li>Complete attendance sheets and performance reports<\/li>\n<li>Participate in planning and evaluation meetings with the Academy team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or certification in English Teaching, Linguistics, Education, or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an English trainer<\/li>\n<li>Strong digital literacy (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent classroom management and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>International certifications (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.) are a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with learners of various levels and backgrounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants must submit the following <strong>in English<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)<\/li>\n<li>Motivation Letter<\/li>\n<li>Copies of relevant certificates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email: <a href=\"mailto:rh@comathe.co.mz\"><strong>rh@comathe.co.mz<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Or deliver in person at the<strong>Comathe Microcr\u00e9dito Office<\/strong>, Bairro <strong>Chelengo<\/strong>, Inharrime, next to the fuel station.<\/p>\n<p><strong> IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>COMATHE E.I.<\/strong> does <strong>not charge any fees<\/strong> at any stage of the recruitment process.
