{"id":21982,"date":"2025-06-14T07:56:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-14T07:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=21982"},"modified":"2025-06-14T07:56:00","modified_gmt":"2025-06-14T07:56:00","slug":"vaga-finance-business-partner-cbu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-finance-business-partner-cbu\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Finance Business Partner &#8211; CBU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Role purpose<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Support the Business units in the reporting, budgeting &amp; forecasting process, building business cases for new products, pricing, investments and conduct Post launch\/investment reviews.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Budgeting &amp; Forecasting process for the company and ensuring complete, accurate, timely and quality delivery with all required reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Build on and improve reporting models and assumptions working closely with the allocated business unit; taking complete ownership of the unit\u2019s profit and loss statement<\/li>\n<li>Understand, identify and communicate the key risks to the financial plan; manage opex (actuals and forecast) and work closely with units on initiatives to optimize costs;<\/li>\n<li>Perform analysis and recommend initiatives to close gaps in actual business performance vs budgets;<\/li>\n<li>Support the commercial functions in building and challenging business cases for new products, pricing, investments and conduct Post launch review of the business cases; Financially evaluates pricing changes; and report on effectiveness and profitability across products, segments and pricing plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical and Problem solving skills; Team player, yet able to work independently;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of financial and non-financial performance metrics and able to connect the linkages between input drivers and outcomes; knowledge of accounting principles<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to business case preparation &amp; investment appraisals, experience of profitability analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication [including written and presentations], active listening, relationship building, and negotiations skills a must for business partnering;<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and Outlook) with advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of SQL an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must have technical \/ professional qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business (or related degree or experience) or equivalent experience required;<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and Outlook) with advanced Excel skills; Experience with MS SQL development is considered a plus;<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 experience of financial management in the mobile telecommunications sector or in a similar role within a large company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key performance indicators<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feedback from Business units<\/li>\n<li>Initiatives put in place to optimize cost<\/li>\n<li>PIRs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply for this job: <a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.vodafone.com\/careers\/job\/563018686195319?domain=vodafone.com\">https:\/\/jobs.vodafone.com\/careers\/job\/563018686195319?domain=vodafone.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role purpose: Support the Business units in the reporting, budgeting &amp; forecasting process, building business cases for new products, pricing, investments and conduct Post launch\/investment reviews.
