The candidate will be responsible for technical support on-site, with a focus on design field and managing subcontractors and resolving operational issues that arise during construction. The candidate will also act as the liaison between the on-site construction team and the home office in Milan, ensuring that design decisions are properly implemented and meet technical specifications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Management and Operational Support:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensure construction activities comply with technical specifications and project requirements, coordinating with subcontractors and the construction team.<\/p>\n<p>Promptly address on-site technical issues, maintaining a constant flow of information with the home office in Milan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design Optimization and Review:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Support the review and improvement of road and infrastructure designs, including pavements and facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Verify the accuracy of existing design solutions, identifying potential issues, and proposing optimizations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and Control:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring that project timelines and budgets are respected.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate with various teams to ensure the integration of activities, monitoring adherence to deadlines and execution quality.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaboration and Coordination:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interface with project stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, client and the design team.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with the construction team to optimize construction methodologies, including the study of implementation phases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills Required<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infrastructure Design:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strong experience in the design of road alignments and pavement superstructures, focusing on international standards and optimal technical solutions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design Software and 3D Modeling:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In-depth knowledge of major road design software (Civil3D, Roads, Civil Design, Open Roads, Navisworks, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Experience in modeling and managing 3D design projects, with the ability to understand and resolve issues related to 3D modeling and infrastructure digitalization.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management and Supervision:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ability to define and coordinate project activities, working with multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with suppliers, client and technical partners.<\/p>\n<p>Experience in preparing requests for proposals, evaluating technical bids, and managing contracts with subcontractors.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soft Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stressful situations, ensuring quick and compliant solutions to project requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in civil engineering, specializing in Road &amp;
