Responsabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Lead and supervise the HR Outsourcing team,<\/p>\n ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients;<\/p>\n Manage working relationships with clients,<\/p>\n fostering a collaborative environment and effectively resolving conflicts;<\/p>\n Process and validate clients\u2019 monthly payrolls,<\/p>\n ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with current labor and tax legislation;<\/p>\n Prepare and submit mandatory declarations (INSS, IRPS, and others);<\/p>\n Generate and validate payroll reports, payslips, and other required documents;<\/p>\n Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and legal obligations;<\/p>\n Ensure the confidentiality of all information handled within the scope of the role<\/p>\n Qualificaton For The Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources<\/p>\n management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;<\/p>\n Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Human Resources Management is an advantage;<\/p>\n Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR team management, preferably with a focus on payroll services;<\/p>\n Proven experience in supervising payroll processes and ensuring compliance with labor regulations;<\/p>\n Proficiency in payroll management systems and HR software;<\/p>\n In-depth knowledge of labor law and compliance regulations;<\/p>\n Fluency in English (mandatory requirement);<\/p>\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.<\/p>\n ESSENTIAL SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n Ability to lead, motivate, and develop the HR Outsourcing team, promoting effective communication and alignment with company objectives.<\/p>\n Ability to identify and resolve payroll and labor issues, making quick and effective decisions in conflict situations.<\/p>\n Skill in managing multiple tasks and deadlines with organization, as well as planning and implementing continuous improvements in payroll processes.<\/p>\n Ability to build positive relationships with the team and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.<\/p>\n Who we are<\/strong><\/p>\n Forvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network, present in over 100 countries, composed of two integrated members offering audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services with a commitment to client excellence.
