management, training and mentorship<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Group as directed and empowered on matters of operational and commercial compliance, regulation and company officer authority<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Operational Excellence<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, and ensure their timely completion alongside personal goals.<\/li>\n<li>Review and enhance organizational effectiveness by developing robust processes, overseeing employees, and cultivating a motivated work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure continuous improvement in service orientation and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are accomplished on time.<\/li>\n<li>Implement risk management strategies to providers to ensure effective and continuous delivery of services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Budget and Resource Management<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, Resource and Capitalise upon profitable Revenue Generating opportunities in line with Group service offerings and initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and manage budgetary and resource allocation plans.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the P&amp;L for the country\/business in collaboration with the financial head.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cost-effective utilization of personnel and assets.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and act upon financial audit results to identify improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Drive results through effective financial management and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Delegation and Compliance<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities to the most suitable employees, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and cultural values.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently for the mutual benefit of all parties involved.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and assistance to local management in planning, administering, implementing, and evaluating improvements to operating and technical policies, systems, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Determine and monitor workforce requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>IT and Systems Improvement<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Group IT management team to identify and implement system and requirement improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ)<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote HSSEQ through safety leadership to all staff, contractors, and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with statutory and client HSSEQ regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Adaptability and Change Management<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage change effectively and adapt to evolving business environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><u><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/u><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><u><strong>Key Qualifications:<\/strong><\/u><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of five (5) years\u2019 experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy and logistics industry.<\/li>\n<li>Facility\/base operations management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary education in engineering\/management or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>In the absence of formal tertiary qualification, 10 years of appropriate work experience in the energy and logistics industry<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and application of international HSE regulations and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with lifting equipment and oilfield drilling equipment is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn new technical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Cultural awareness and international work experience.<\/li>\n<li>High integrity, dependability, and results
