The analyst collaborates with cross-functional squads, product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure that business value is clearly defined and delivered effectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform requirements gathering &amp; analysis Elicit and document business and technical requirements. Identifying potential gaps in submitted product documents and collaborating with POs to resolve<\/li>\n<li>Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess opportunities for process enhancements, operational efficiencies, and automation<\/li>\n<li>Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborating with developers, and testers to translate requirements into viable user stories and acceptance criteria<\/li>\n<li>Support decision-making with data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of telecom systems and system architecture concepts;<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.;<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of user needs and ability to translate them into value-adding solutions<\/li>\n<li>Planning skills, team player, confident, Self-driven towards achieving goals;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write and speak in fluently English and Portuguese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must have technical \/ professional qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems Technology, or related field;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role;<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>GSM Knowledge (desirable);<\/li>\n<li>Project Management experience (desirable);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key performance indicators<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>% of successful demand delivery against commitment;<\/li>\n<li>Reduce rework and\/or project cost(s) through quality business analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper usage of all tools and processes from all key stakeholders contributing for efficient controls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply for this job: <a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.vodafone.com\/careers\/job\/563018686009593?domain=vodafone.com\">https:\/\/jobs.vodafone.com\/careers\/job\/563018686009593?domain=vodafone.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role purpose: Identifying, analyzing, and documenting requirements to enable the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.
