Heading is recruiting for its client, a\u00a0Travel Support Coordinator\u00a0<\/b><\/span>(M\/F) – Maputo<\/p>\n

Main Responsabilities:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

– Knowledge user for DaWinci travel system.<\/p>\n

– Daily Domestic and international flight booking and accommodation requests<\/p>\n

– Provide guidance and assistance on complex and\/or large travel requests.<\/p>\n

– Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.<\/p>\n

– Act as backup for travel coordinator and assistants.<\/p>\n

– Liaise with vendor regarding problems with system or upgrades.<\/p>\n

– First level troubleshooting of external data source integration issues.<\/p>\n

– Drive continuous improvement of travel programs.<\/p>\n

– Help with Accommodation Procedures and POB management.<\/p>\n

– Review travel associated invoices as well as statements for accuracy.<\/p>\n

– Supervisor and Coordinate Travel & Accommodation Activities and Teamwork.<\/p>\n

– Liaise with Travel Service Provider.<\/p>\n

– Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications\/Experience required<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

– In-depth knowledge of International and Domestic travel services.<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication and people skills as interactions will be at all organizational levels.<\/p>\n

– Strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction, as well as experience in managing vendor relationships<\/p>\n

– Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with clients.<\/p>\n

– Possess good time keeping and organizational skills.<\/p>\n

– Must speak, read and write English and Portuguese fluently.<\/p>\n

– Problem solving skills.<\/p>\n

– Excellent team player.<\/p>\n

– Well-organized and reliable.<\/p>\n

– Applicable Degree with a strong business management knowledge.<\/p>\n

– Project management skills will be preferential<\/p>\n
