Participates in establishing the lease agreement<\/li>\n<li>Analyses the set-up of premises, including the passive security measures in place, and proposes corrective measures when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates proper maintenance of all premises and infrastructure, deals with relevant external contacts, service providers and suppliers. Coordinates maintenance work carried out by external contractors<\/li>\n<li>Supervises and controls expenses and service costs related to premises\/maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the ordering or purchasing of necessary material and supplies, in coordination with logistics staff, and maintains related stocks<\/li>\n<li>Keeps proper files and statistics<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sustainable development activities<\/li>\n<li>Leads the negotiations in case of premise is identified until the signature of the contracts<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate necessary amendments of the contracts<\/li>\n<li>Maintains contractual relations with the various owners and real estate agencies<\/li>\n<li>Understand the real estate market (knows the evolution of the prices, is aware of opportunities\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Makes proposal to maintain the premises set-up (residences and offices) in line with the needs<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the search of new residences and office space<\/li>\n<li>S\/he is responsible to perform the preventive maintenance and verify the electrical installations in delegation Maintain contact with technical service providers relating to infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the negotiation of contracts with service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Requisites<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Profile \u2013 Minimum required qualification &amp; experience:<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years work experience in a similar field<\/li>\n<li>Experience of international organizations is an asset<\/li>\n<li>University degree or advanced technical certificate or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Notes<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted<\/li>\n<li>The Premises Manager, manages the department in charge of ICRC premises and infrastructure within a sub-delegation<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for someone who is methodical, responsible, beneficiary-oriented, organized with good organizational skills, with a good sense of teamwork, good communication skills, commitment, initiative, and respect for ICRC values<\/li>\n<li>We offer interesting, rewarding work in humanitarian and international environment<\/li>\n<li>Please submit your application: CV, cover letter, copies of diplomas\/certificates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply for this job: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emprego.co.mz\/vaga\/premises-manager\/\">https:\/\/www.emprego.co.mz\/vaga\/premises-manager\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CICV is recruiting a Premises Manager, to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.
