ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This role is a permanent full-time position.<\/p>\n

As an Administrator Data Capture you will be responsible for providing a data capturing service to the Maintenance and Production departments and assist the planners in the processes of work management.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Other key responsibilities include, but aren\u2019t limited to:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Ensure the CMA\u2019s are conducted per the schedule;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Maintain the safety file for regulatory inspections in area of responsibility;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Monitor open actions and events in allocated area;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Confirm work order operations on daily\/weekly basis;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Support Supervisors (Production and Maintenance) on:<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Outstanding notifications per\u00a0section;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Outstanding work\u00a0orders;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Work orders\u00a0confirmation;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Adherence to shut\u00a0plan;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Work orders confirmed not technically completed (CNF not TECO);<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Deliver productivity savings for section by driving and embedding BI initiatives by supporting teams with administration\u00a0work;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Coordinate the shut optimization actions and improvement\u00a0initiatives;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Assist to manage the RTS of spares and ensure compliance is 100% and turnaround time is kept to a minimal;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Monitor outstanding purchase orders > 90 days to discard the no longer required.<\/div>\n

ABOUT YOU:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in an engineering planning or maintenance\u00a0environment;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Basic knowledge on work management\u00a0processes;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Fluent in Portuguese and English.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Qualifications\u00a0<\/b>for this role are:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Grade\u00a012 or Medium Technical certificate.<\/div>\n
