{"id":20941,"date":"2025-05-13T19:52:05","date_gmt":"2025-05-13T19:52:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=20941"},"modified":"2025-05-13T19:52:05","modified_gmt":"2025-05-13T19:52:05","slug":"vaga-senior-terminals-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-senior-terminals-director\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Senior Terminals Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>We are recruiting!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client in Maputo is looking for\u00a0 Senior Terminals Director to join their team for a job vacancy within the Terminals sector.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"902\"><strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"902\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1742\">\n<li>Play a leading role in overseeing the company\u2019s budget and growth strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Execute strategies to optimize the growth of the company and assets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the specialisation and effectiveness of operational platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Create strategies to combat theft and stock loss and implement initiatives to reduce company costs.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial reporting in accordance with financial policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Promote safety performance and culture, financial management, accounting and banking processes.<\/li>\n<li>Managing personnel and leading performance evaluations, to ensure a committed and qualified workforce.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership to create an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1770\"><strong data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1770\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or related fields and the master\u2019s or PHD level can be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>More than 10 years of experience in the management of human resources, finance, operations or management strategies of complex and large companies.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage budgets in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent operational and financial acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills and experience working with staff at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of exceptional performance in a previous complex company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply or for more information follow the link below<\/p>\n<p>Apply for this job: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.priconsultants.com\/vacancies\/job\/8776?no_cache=1\">https:\/\/www.priconsultants.com\/vacancies\/job\/8776?no_cache=1<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are recruiting!
