Good Neighbors Mozambique is seeking an experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the organization using Quickbooks. The accountant will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Accountant Officer <\/b><\/p>\n
Principal Location: Maputo<\/p>\n
Main Duties & Responsibilities (AO) <\/b><\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Prepare for all finance documents (Income, Expense and Bank Transfer);<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Prepare for financial Report;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Management of Petty-Cash;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Register and monitor the accounting system QBs;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Responsible for qualified tasks instructed by the employer;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Manage financial records and transactions using Quickbooks;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Provide financial support to management and staff.<\/p>\n
To qualify you need <\/b><\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Education background in accounting, finance, or a related field;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 unerstanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Strong attention to detail and accuracy;<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.<\/p>\n
LANGUAGES Required<\/b>: English and Portuguese (both spoken and written)<\/p>\n
