{"id":20352,"date":"2025-04-28T17:17:54","date_gmt":"2025-04-28T17:17:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=20352"},"modified":"2025-04-28T17:17:54","modified_gmt":"2025-04-28T17:17:54","slug":"vaga-asi-other-superintendent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-asi-other-superintendent\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; ASI &#038; Other Superintendent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(ASI) CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>is required by our Client, an Oil and Gas operator, to be assigned on a contract basis, located in Afungi, Mozambique<\/p>\n<p><strong>DURATION\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 12 months\u00a0 (renewable)<br \/>\nROTATION\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a028 days ON x 28 days OFF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the site works are properly managed and executed by the Contractor and their approved Subcontractors in accordance with the Contract Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all activities linked to resettlement works (village, houses, utilities, roads, \u2026), airstrip, security improvement, \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE requirements across works to promote a healthy and safe work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and report performance of all Contractors and Subcontractors activities, identify any deviations\/risks and contribute to timely propose mitigations to Project Management Team<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and Review of Contractor related Assurance activities and verification documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assure Contractor is performing all works in accordance with the approved plans and procedures,<\/li>\n<li>This role requires the Construction Superintendent to work and interface with other Company discipline Superintendents, Engineers, Planners, Authorities and the Contractor, Vendors to ensure key Contract deliverables are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree\/diploma qualification or equivalent in related discipline field and\/or Oil &amp; Gas construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>10 years\u2019 experience in related discipline works and a suitable general knowledge in oil and gas industry<\/li>\n<li>Full understanding of areas critical to the success of large complex projects : safety, environmental, work organization, cost, schedule, quality, organizational competency, and\u00a0risk.<\/li>\n<li>Strong HSE culture and safety leadership, effective communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
