\nLead day-to-day operations at the Mozambique headquarters and distribution centre.
\nOversee retail, agent, and partner performance nationwide, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
\nExecute expansion initiatives: retail growth, hotspot deployments, and government partnerships.
\nManage logistics, warehousing, and inventory of satellite internet kits (Starlink).
\nBuild, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of operations and sales professionals.
\nEnsure compliance with local regulations and financial discipline (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
\nAchieve KPIs: >95% on-time delivery, 350+ active retailers, <10% budget variance.<\/p>\n

\nEducation & Experience:
\nDegree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
\nMinimum 5 years of experience in telecoms, tech, distribution, or high-growth sectors.
\nProven track record in operational management and scaling startups or fast-paced environments.
\nSkills & Competencies:
\nEntrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
\nAbility to adapt, problem-solve, and build processes from the ground up.
\nFluent in Portuguese and English (verbal\/written).
