We work in Mozambique and around the world to promote child protection, education, health and livelihoods.<\/p>\n<p><b>Position Overview <\/b><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for dedicated and motivated Assistant to join our Sponsorship Service Division (SSD) in Maputo. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing sponsorship activities, ensuring effective communication between sponsors and beneficiaries, and supporting the overall mission of GNMOZ in these communities.<\/p>\n<p><b>Vacancy Announcement <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Job Title: Assistant for Child Sponsorship Department<\/p>\n<p>Job Site: Maputo<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Duties and Responsibilities <\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Responsible for Child Sponsorship Program<\/li>\n<li>Operating Child Management System (CIF, APR, ACL, GML, Drop-out)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring sponsored child (Home visiting, Interviewing, Counseling, Delivering GML)<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Project operation<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for qualified tasks instructed by the employer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Education<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School degree<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in Social Work, Education, Child Development, Community Development, Public Health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred: Experience in child sponsorship programs or community development projects<\/li>\n<li>Beneficial: Experience working with children and families in social services or community development<\/li>\n<li>Beneficial: Experience with databases or child management systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other Considerations: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandatory: Strong alignment with the mission and values of Good Neighbors Mozambique<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding principles<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage large datasets with a high degree of accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to child protection and safeguarding principle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Languages <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Proficiency in Portuguese and English<\/p>\n<p><b>Safeguard Statement<\/b>Good Neighbors Mozambique has a zero tolerance to any harm or sexual exploitation and abuse against any beneficiaries (or program participants).
