Formador T\u00e9cnico (HSE e Equipamento M\u00f3vel)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>BUREAU VERITAS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VAGA INTERNA ABERTA<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FORMADOR T\u00c9CNICO (HSE E EQUIPAMENTO M\u00d3VEL)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSABILIDADES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ministrar forma\u00e7\u00e3o no dom\u00ednio industrial e no dom\u00ednio da HSE;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ministrar forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e de HSE em todo o pa\u00eds:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Efetuar auditorias de HSE nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es do cliente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ministrar Toolbox,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Desenvolver e manter materials de forma\u00e7\u00e3o (incluindo procedimentos operacionais, plano de aulas, folhetos comercials&#8230;);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Realizar avalia\u00e7\u00f5es regulares das forma\u00e7\u00f5es ministradas, workshops, webinars e solicitar ativamente o feedback dos participantes para permitir a sua melhoria;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efetuar a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o regulamentar de cada material de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e actualiz\u00e1-lo conforme necess\u00e1rio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizar e desenvolver ferramentas em linha para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da forma\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Trabalhar com outros formadores e com os <\/span>gestores para garantir que os programas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o adequados, eficientes e t\u00eam em conta as mudan\u00e7as no sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUISITOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00ednimo de 4 anos de experi\u00eancia em forma\u00e7\u00e3o; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nivel de Licenciatura em Engenharia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Possuir um certificado Nebosh e\/ou OSHAS; Bons conhecimentos de Informatica;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dom\u00ednio da lingua Inglesa;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conhecer os termos t\u00e9cnicos locais e ingleses, tanto a nivel escrito como oral;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forte capacidade de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, verbal e <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">escrita;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experi\u00eancia e conhecimentos sobre equipamento m\u00f3vel:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experi\u00eancia e conhecimentos em HSE;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensibilidade organizacional;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Flexibilidade,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Estabelecimento de prioridades;
