Review, draft, and manage various contracts and legal documents in accordance with Mozambican contract law<br \/>\n2. Provide legal advice on labor law compliance and draft relevant HR legal documents (e.g., employment contracts, termination agreements)<br \/>\n3. andle and represent the company in labor dispute cases, including negotiations and internal investigations<br \/>\n4. Support business departments with legal guidance and training to mitigate risks<br \/>\n5. Monitor legislative changes and provide legal compliance recommendations to management<\/p>\n<p>Requirements \ud83d\udcaa \uff1a<br \/>\n1. Proficient in Mozambican contract and labor law with practical experience<br \/>\n2. Hands-on experience in handling at least 1\u20132 labor dispute cases<br \/>\nBachelor&#8217;s degree or higher in Law; bar qualification is a plus<br \/>\n3. Fluent in Portuguese; English can be used as a working language<br \/>\n4.
