Key Responsibilities \ud83d\udc47 \uff1a
\n1\u3001Revenue Management: Accurately record daily revenues and monitor outstanding customer payments to minimize financial risks.
\n2\u3001Document Handling: Collect and organize financial documents for billing purposes, ensuring timely submission to the company headquarters.
\n3\u3001Ticket Issuance: Issue tickets and invoices in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
\n4\u3001Account Verification: Review all account forms to ensure data accuracy and authenticity.
\n5\u3001Inventory Control: Maintain and update records of fuel and store supplies inventory, conducting regular stock checks.
\n5\u3001Expenditure Oversight: Manage and control the gas station’s expenditure items, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
\n6\u3001Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the company to support operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Requirements \ud83d\udcaa \uff1a
\n1\u3001Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
\n2\u3001Minimum of two years of financial experience in the retail industry.
\n3\u3001Preferably male candidates with a valid Mozambique driver’s license and good physical health.
\n4\u3001Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.<\/p>\n
