HR Assistant<\/p>\n

Salary: 15,000 MZN per month.
\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, and half-day on Saturday mornings.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities \ud83d\udc47 \uff1a
\n1\u3001Assist in employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and resignations in line with company policies.
\n2\u3001Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
\n3\u3001Support the signing, renewal, and filing of labor contracts.
\n4\u3001Help manage employee relations by addressing basic concerns and supporting dispute resolution efforts.<\/p>\n

Visa Processing for Foreign Employees
\n1\u3001Support the application and renewal of work visas, residence permits, and related documentation.
\n2\u3001Liaise with government agencies and track relevant immigration policies.<\/p>\n

Requirements \ud83d\udcaa \uff1a
\n1\u3001Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles.
\n2\u3001Familiarity with labor laws and visa procedures is preferred.
\n3\u3001Strong communication and coordination skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
\n4\u3001Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data processing.
\nGood English communication skills, able to work with foreign employees.<\/p>\n
