As we expand our portfolio of work in Mozambique, we are seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our pool of experts and field researchers. Opportunities span a wide range of activities, from household-level surveys and interviews to high-level policy development and implementation support.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently hiring for two distinct profiles. Applicants must already be based in Mozambique. Women are especially encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FIELD RESEARCHERS \u2013 QUANTITATIVE &amp; QUALITATIVE DATA COLLECTION<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Field Researchers play a critical role in our evaluations, being the first point of contact with project beneficiaries and key informants. The quality of their work directly determines the quality of our outputs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of a Data Collection Supervisor, Field Researchers will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct structured household visits using digital survey tools (e.g., KoboCollect).<\/li>\n<li>Interview beneficiaries and other stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative tools.<\/li>\n<li>Document findings systematically and ensure accuracy in data capture.<\/li>\n<li>Report daily to supervisors and flag any challenges affecting data quality.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold confidentiality, respondent safety, and ethical standards throughout the data collection process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications And Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: Completed secondary education; university degree is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience conducting field research (quantitative and\/or qualitative).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with digital data collection platforms (KoboCollect preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong reading and writing skills, note-taking capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Command of Portuguese and English; knowledge of French and local languages is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to work in rural areas and travel across sub-districts.<\/li>\n<li>POLICY EXPERTS \u2013 PUBLIC SECTOR AND THEMATIC POLICY SUPPORT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aries Consult Ltd is also recruiting highly skilled experts with at least five years of experience in government functions, policy development, or public sector implementation.
