The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the Mozambican agricultural finance market and a passion for creating positive social impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate will possess a strong cultural intelligence, demonstrating the ability to understand and adapt to different cultural contexts across public and private sectors in developed and developing economies.
