Warehouse Supervisor &#8211; Beira"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/h2>\n<p>To ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective fleetoperations by managing vehicle maintenance, coordinating transportation,overseeing loading and unloading, implementing safety protocols, optimizingroute planning, and maintaining compliance with regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>Fun\u00e7\u00f5es ou responsabilidades:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Operational Effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with port operations team to ensure seamless integration of fleet activities and maintain operational efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage fleet vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and minimize downtime;<\/li>\n<li>Track fleet vehicle utilization and performance to maximize efficiency and identify areas for improvement;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee loading and unloading operations of fleet vehicles to ensure accuracy and prevent damage to cargo;<\/li>\n<li>Manage fuel consumption and expenses for fleet vehicles to control costs and improve efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules to maintain timely and reliable service;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate emergency response and breakdown assistance for fleet vehicles to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity;<\/li>\n<li>Implement and oversee a preventative maintenance program to extend vehicle life and reduce repair costs;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all fleet activities to maintain transparency and accountability;<\/li>\n<li>Deliver offloaded stock to consignment warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo, maintaining the flow of operations and inventory management;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate port of discharge to warehouse transportation to ensure efficient and reliable transfer of cargo, minimizing delays and optimizing logistics; Sustainable Growth<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings;<\/li>\n<li>Develop cost-saving initiatives for fleet operations to improve profitability and efficiency; Good Governance, Risk and Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by production staff, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the upkeep of EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) policies and procedures within the Port Operations environments;<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular safety audits and inspections of the port and production area to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols;<\/li>\n<li>Implement safety protocols for fleet operations to ensure the safety of personnel and cargo;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental regulations to minimize the environmental impact of fleet operations;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to standardize operations and improve performance;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and standards to avoid legal issues and maintain operational integrity;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards;
