ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This role is a permanent full-time position.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As a\u00a0Reliability Engineer<\/b>, you will be responsible for\u00a0\u00a0identifying and managing asset reliability risks to assure plant and operational stability. This is achieved through failure elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management.<\/p>\n

You will report to the Engineering Reliability Superintendent. You will be responsible to execute all activities associated with the Reliability Engineer role.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Other key responsibilities include, but aren\u2019t limited to:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Deliver \u201cWe all guarantee everyone goes home safe and well\u201d through creating a culture of care and accountability as an enabler to continuously learn and improve;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Acquires and analyses data. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Conducts an analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for the situation, with consideration given to the cost limitations for equipment uptime\/downtime, repair\/replacement costs and weight, size and availability of materials\/equipment;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Determine cost advantages of alternatives and develop action plans that comply with internal\/external customer demands for reliability processes\/equipment to avoid failures;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Develop Asset Risk profile based on the Asset Condition Assessment (Asset Integrity Assessments) and perform periodic review of Asset Criticality;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Development and Management of Asset Management Plans, Lifecycle Costing Models (repair\/replace decisions) and Reliability Availability & Maintainability (RAM) analysis.<\/p>\n

ABOUT YOU:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Understanding of Asset Management Principles aligned to ISO55000 Series Standard;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Experienced Asset Management professional, with 5 to 10 years\u2019 experience;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Experience in a similar Reliability role.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications for this role are:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Degree qualified Mechanical\/Electrical\/Structural Engineer<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
