ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/b><\/p>\n

This role is a permanent full-time position.<\/p>\n

As a\u00a0Safety & Assurance Specialist<\/b>,\u00a0you will monitor governance and compliance of HSERQ across dedicated Department and key HSERQ initiatives across Mozal..<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Other key responsibilities include, but aren\u2019t limited to:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022Plan and coordinate HSERQ programs across\u00a0site;<\/div>\n
\u2022Collaborate with risk\u00a0workstream;<\/div>\n
\u2022Embed the ISO45001 system and process across the\u00a0Site;<\/div>\n
\u2022Support\u00a0planning, scheduling, execution, administration and reporting of the integrated first assurance and compliance activities, including but not limited to ISO45001, ISO9001 and ISO14001, ICMM, ASI audits (internal and external) and first, second and third line HSERQ assurance\u00a0activities;<\/div>\n
\u2022Manage the planning and scheduling of ISO45001, ISO9001 and safety systems\u2019 management\u00a0reviews.<\/div>\n

ABOUT YOU:<\/b><\/p>\n

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022Minimum five years of experience in the field of industrial\u00a0HSERQ;<\/div>\n
\u2022Experience\u00a0in a smelting, process or manufacturing environment is\u00a0advantageous;<\/div>\n
\u2022Experience in risk assessments and incident investigations is\u00a0advantageous;<\/div>\n
\u2022Fluent in Portuguese and\u00a0English.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications for this role are:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Technical Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Risk or\u00a0Safety;<\/div>\n
\u2022A safety qualification such as NEBOSH will be advantageous<\/div>\n
