{"id":18439,"date":"2025-03-14T07:38:04","date_gmt":"2025-03-14T07:38:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=18439"},"modified":"2025-03-14T07:38:04","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T07:38:04","slug":"vaga-agent-care-officer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-agent-care-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Agent Care Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>About the role:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>BURN<\/b>\u00a0is looking for an Agent Care Officer who will be responsible for providing support and assistance to agents or representatives, ensuring that agents have the necessary resources, guidance, and well-being support to effectively carry out their roles and provide exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Daily agent network management, including calls to agents &#8211; interface for sales operations reconciliation and commercial.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Engage agents directly on performance data from sales ops, feedback collection and agent tickets.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Manage PJP (Personal Journey Plan) per Agent and TSM (Territory Sales Manager) leading to keep or disable the action.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Planning of trade activities with agents, TL and TSM<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Daily agent training and mentoring through calls.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Prospect management<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Agent quality and recruitment checklist<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Support sales target<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Daily\/Weekly feedback report to TL, TSM, Country lead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Advanced fluency in English, both written and spoken epQdjBv Dmn5SS<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Advanced Excel data skills &#8211; All countries<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Effective communicator<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Efficient planner and collaborator<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0University degree in business administration, international development, Marketing, Economics, or other areas relevant to the sales field.
