{"id":18150,"date":"2025-03-05T18:33:20","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T18:33:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=18150"},"modified":"2025-03-05T18:33:20","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T18:33:20","slug":"vaga-cash-management-teller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-cash-management-teller\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Cash Management Teller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u><b>Job Summary<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maximize the customer experience with ABSA by providing fast, accurate and continuous customer service.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor remote ATM Uptime and ensure those that are down and need replenishment are seen by the custodians or service providers<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure ATM reconciliations and regularizations of identified cash difference within the SLA<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that Customers Complaints are resolved within the SLA and in line with Absa\u2019s Standards<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all transactions are captured accurately on the systems, FCR and SharePoint<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Job Description<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with Cash management procedures as prescribed.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with ATM Management Manual procedures as prescribed<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the necessary control measures to prevent fraud, and cash failures.
