ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This role is a permanent full-time position.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this role is to\u00a0To provide effective operational and administrative support in the deployment of Technical Training and Learning and Development across Mozal. This is achieved through planning, coordinating, executing and reporting on HRD activities and events within an allocated area of responsibility. Provides input into the development of effective programmes and systems.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Other key responsibilities include, but aren\u2019t limited to:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Work closely with the L&D Lead and L&D Specialist in the preparation, scheduling and delivery of training for the allocated business\u00a0area;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Maintain effective working relationships with peers and colleagues from other sub-functions to support integrated and compliant execution of Training Administration activities in line with business\u00a0requirements;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Maintain Training Administration process for all training related activities (hosting, venues, data capture, filing, tracking, follow ups, reporting);<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Provide technical support to the eLearning System, assisting users as required;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Coordinate Induction, including attendance, monitoring the standards of presentations, data capturing and reporting);<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Support, coordinate and execute relevant FRC\/Process\/Technical needs analysis;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Monitor and report on Skills Matrix activities or requirements and maintain position training profiles;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Source training providers to address technical training needs;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Compile and Coordinate bi-annual training calendars;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Initiate the payment process within allocated areas of\u00a0responsibility.<\/div>\n

ABOUT YOU:<\/b><\/p>\n

You\u00a0<\/b>will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Prior experience in the training field or exposure within the maintenance discipline would be an advantage.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications for this role are:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Relevant\u00a0Technical Qualification \/ Diploma.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n
