ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/b><\/p>\n

This role is a permanent full-time position.<\/p>\n
As\u00a0a\u00a0Document\u00a0<\/b>Controller<\/b>, you will be responsible to perform activities associated with controlling information on the document management systems (Vault and SharePoint) and Blue room by updating all records and files, communicating with users on the availability of information and coordinating the storage and distribution of hard copy versions located in the central filing section in order to ensure accurate and current engineering information is available to personnel and specific procedures regulating document and information flow are complied with.<\/p>\n
Your will also be responsible for management of business documents.<\/p>\n
You\u00a0will\u00a0report\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Superintendent\u00a0Governance and Technical\u00a0Stewardship.<\/p>\n
