If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company&#8217;s global reach<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that the company&#8217;s goals are met by holding daily check-ins with sales teams to set objectives and monitor progress<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage the month-end and year-end close processes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required skills and qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five or more years of experience in managing sales and Marketing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Superb leadership ability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel at least 30% of the time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
