The position is for an Innovation and Digital Specialist, who will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of innovative technologies and digital transformation strategies within the organization. This role involves researching, implementing, and managing digital solutions that enhance business processes, improve customer experiences, and increase operational efficiency. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure that digital initiatives align with organizational goals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or relevant) with minimum 5 years of industry experience;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop functional specifications for business requirements;<\/li>\n<li>The ability and motivation to learn new digital skills and innovation techniques when necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, written and verbal combined with effective technical presentation skills;<\/li>\n<li>Organized, methodical and able to multi-task whilst working under tight deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working within the PowerPlatform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate);<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working within a dynamic Agile based team;<\/li>\n<li>English language proficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Fun\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h4>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate and implement digital and non-digital innovation initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative problem solving within the organization.
