Co-ordinate and publish the intra-monthly forecast based upon accurate trending of key indices with a strong focus on anticipating and managing month-end results.<\/li>\n<li>Support Investor Relations.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Data reporting, insights &amp; analytics, Data Engineering, Data quality &amp; governance, acting as a central point in the OpCo for master data, creating best-in-class models and data production across all local sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stakeholder management at the EHOD and\u00a0ExCo level.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a complex and changing\/dynamic operating environment (proven ability to motivate and empower others in order to reach organizational goals).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to deliver key messages to stakeholders with clarity and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical-minded, accountable, innovative, adaptable, and leader with broad experience and understanding of performance management; External perspective and appreciation of macro-economic environment, Business leadership and transformation, and commercial Acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of driving business change and implementation of appropriate governance structure to measure the successful delivery of agreed benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Professional Accounting Qualification (Chartered Accountant preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications\/FMCG industry experience at the senior level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-12 ng-scope\">\n<div class=\"section-content\">\n<div class=\"section-content--grey section-spaced section-content__center box--xs\">\n<div class=\"section-content__element ng-scope\">\n<div class=\"section-content__text\"><span class=\"ng-binding\">Contract type:<\/span>Permanent<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section-content__element ng-scope\">\n<div class=\"section-content__text\"><span class=\"ng-binding\">Number of hours per week:<\/span>Full time<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Apply: <a href=\"https:\/\/app.beehire.com\/invite\/76GPWnyiBOI?form=false\">https:\/\/app.beehire.com\/invite\/76GPWnyiBOI?form=false<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About this offer Key accountabilities: Translate business strategy into plans, budgets and financial\/operational targets (P&amp;L, KPIs, CapEx, B\/S, Cash Flow and Working Capital.
