At these levels, the postholder will be responsible for supporting technical for the upSCALE platform, supervisions, data quality assessments and capacity building on electronics devices, app and data use.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineer , or any other relevant area<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in programming and implementing Health Information Systems, especially malaria and child survival and maternal programs but not restricted;<\/li>\n<li>Large experience in computer programming;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in programming in android;<\/li>\n<li>Previous work with development agencies, NGOs, donors.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the planning and implementation of communicable disease control\/malaria control interventions, behaviour change communication initiatives\/health education, health worker trainings and supportive supervision of health workers<\/li>\n<li>Experience in capacity building\/ transferring of skills to health personnel<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working closely with local government<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We need to keep beneficiaries safe so our selection process reflects our commitment to safeguarding.
