Heading is recruiting for its client, a\u00a0Quality Assurance Officer\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>(M\/F) to be based in\u00a0Cabo Delgado<\/b><\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n
–\u00a0Oversee the implementation of Relocation, Compensation, and livelihood programs.<\/p>\n
– Report the implementation of the livelihoods programs against implementation plans, targets, timelines, and result indicators.<\/p>\n
– Perform systematic Quality control\/ assurance of Relocation, Compensation, and livelihood programs.<\/p>\n
– Support the implementation of livelihood programs by providing critically assessed data to implementation teams.<\/p>\n
– Assesses project performance to identify success factors and incorporates best practices into project work.<\/p>\n
– Monitors specific stages of projects\/program implementation and establishes the research\/evidence-based linkages\/integration\u00a0across programs.<\/p>\n
– Provide backstopping on field activities implemented by local project partners<\/p>\n
– Ensure alignment of programmatic policy, processes, and procedures<\/p>\n
– Record, monitor, and report the process of institutional memory<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
<\/b>– A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, Economy or Socio-Economic Development, Business Administration, or another\u00a0related field.<\/p>\n
–\u00a0At least 4 years of experience in implementing and monitoring RAP (Relocation and Livelihoods programs)<\/p>\n
–\u00a0Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<\/p>\n
–\u00a0Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with communities and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
–\u00a0Familiarity with global industry best practices for environmental and social performance, requirements, and guidelines.<\/p>\n
– Effective communication in Portuguese and English.<\/p>\n
– Mozambique Northern Languages proficiency will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key HSE (Health Safety and Environment) Requirements<\/p>\n –\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>Acquire basic HSE awareness by knowing the One-MAESTRO framework, the HSE & biodiversity policies, and the 12 Golden Rules<\/p>\n –\u00a0Comply with mandatory HSE trainings (HSE Induction and the e-learnings One MAESTRO for All, Safety Culture & Golden Rules)<\/p>\n – Prepare and present safety moments whenever required (at the beginning of meetings)<\/p>\n – Use of the Stop Card whenever required to prevent any accident or incident<\/p>\n –\u00a0Contribute Specific action during JMS Word Safety Day.<\/p>\n –\u00a0Propose an HSE improvement action for the entity<\/p>\n –\u00a0Identify and report all anomalies in the workplace and making proposal for correction<\/p>\n
