ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This role is a permanent full-time position.<\/p>\n

\u2022As\u00a0Compliance Engineer-Condition Monitoring\u00a0<\/b>you will be responsible to ensure all Condition monitoring maintenance activities within an Operation area \/ defined set of physical assets are executed safely by competent maintenance personnel in accordance with work routines, required standards and work instructions. Ensure statutory \/ legislative compliance for all plant and equipment requirements.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Other key responsibilities include, but aren\u2019t limited to:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Develop\u00a0and execute maintenance sub-function strategies\u00a0in order to\u00a0align with the\u00a0Mozal\u00a0Asset Management\u00a0Plan;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Ensure\u00a0that the Condition Monitoring program is followed, and that all recommendations are adhered\u00a0to;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Analyze vibration and ultrasonic data and create notifications on SAP if any deviations are found;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Suggest\u00a0recommendations as per vibration and ultrasonic data\u00a0reports;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Create\u00a0notifications on critical and urgent oil sample reports from\u00a0Supplier;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Perform\u00a0alignment and balancing verification on rotating\u00a0equipment;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Perform\u00a0thermography on electrical\u00a0panels;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Formulate detailed monthly report and present to Maintenance Management\u00a0team;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Develop\u00a0and continuously update database for Ultrasonic and Vibration readings.<\/div>\n
\u2022<\/div>\n

ABOUT YOU:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You\u00a0<\/b>will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Relevant\u00a0Engineering degree for the discipline with eight to 10 years in Industrial Maintenance Of which at least 2 years in a supervisory\u00a0level;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Understanding\u00a0of Asset Management Principles aligned to ISO55000 Series\u00a0Standard;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Experience\u00a0in the application of technical expertise in Condition Monitoring in large scale mining\u00a0operations;<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0Applies\u00a0a systematic, knowledge-based problem-solving approach and structured methodologies (such as root cause analysis and statistical analysis) to investigate risks and opportunities to create effective, value-add technical solutions.<\/div>\n

Qualifications\u00a0<\/b>for this role are:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0BEng\u00a0or equivalent, degree in a related discipline, with a focus on Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Data Analysis, are\u00a0preferable.<\/div>\n
