Maputo;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submiss\u00e3o de Expediente referentes a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o nas diversas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, nomeadamente MITESS, INSS, SINECOSSE, etc.;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atender as quest\u00f5es dos trabalhadores inerentes ao processo reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de Maputo,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outras actividades necess\u00e1rias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recrutamento de Trabalhadores:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaborar o Plano e cronograma de recrutamento<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publicitar as vagas nas plataformas<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Administrar o treinamento sobre processo de recrutamento<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordenar e monitorar o processo de recrutamento<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fazer o rastreio das candidaturas recebidas<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compor e participar no o Painel de entrevistas<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordenar marcar entrevistas e redac\u00e7\u00e3o de testes com os candidatos<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizar e seguir sobre os documentos de cada entrevista<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de refer\u00eancia e BGC (Background Check) &#8211;
