{"id":12498,"date":"2024-04-24T05:11:34","date_gmt":"2024-04-24T05:11:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=12498"},"modified":"2024-04-24T05:11:34","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T05:11:34","slug":"vaga-controlador-de-custos-m-f","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-controlador-de-custos-m-f\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Controlador de Custos (m\/f)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Coral FLNG SA is the Special Purpose Entity responsible to develop and operate Coral South floating platform (FLNG)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Job Posting:\u00a0Cost Controller<\/p>\n<h4>Role:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To verify costs with vendors and suppliers, estimating expenditures, and recommending cost-saving measures to upper management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Main Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the Operations Budget preparation (annual Budget and Forecasts).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in checking all cost related data and their input in the cost control system on a monthly basis (Value of Work Done \u2013 VOWD).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of Cost Control reports (Accrual and Actual reports).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the control and input the commitments data (Raise PRs\/POs\/COFF Orders in SAP).<\/li>\n<li>Perform day-to-day forecasting expenditures and periodic cost trends analysis in order to avoid underestimates and overruns.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of the cost control process according to the organization controlling system (Budget files, Actual report files, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Track, analyse and control the costs associated with operations activities and notify management whenever change events are identified, which impact the budget.<\/li>\n<li>Classify and allocate costs by type (Opex\/Capex\/WBS and Cost Center).<\/li>\n<li>Verify supplier\u00b4s applications for payment and process accepted services\/goods delivered in SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Implement in SAP all requirements in line with post-award contract administrations procedures from hand-over phase to contract close out.<\/li>\n<li>Play as an Interface between technical team (Offshore\/onshore) and finance to ensure all admin matters are compliant to Company procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications and Experience:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Engineering or any related areas;<\/li>\n<li>Technical school with 5 years of cost control experience;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil &amp; Gas Field;<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Professional, Cost Controller Certificate Training are an added value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Competencies:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning, development, controlling and budget forecast;<\/li>\n<li>Cost Management and Reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MS Office;<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to details;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Organizational skills and time Management;<\/li>\n<li>High fluency in written and spoken English, particularly for contract terminologies;<\/li>\n<li>Very good degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs, with reference to Office Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Workplace:<\/strong>\u00a0Maputo.<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates must apply\u00a0<strong>by 29th April 2024<\/strong>, referring the job title and submitting a C.V. and motivation letter to the email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:coral.selection@coralflng.com\"><strong>coral.selection@coralflng.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coral FLNG SA is the Special Purpose Entity responsible to develop and operate Coral South floating platform (FLNG) &nbsp; Job Posting:\u00a0Cost Controller Role: To verify costs with vendors and suppliers, estimating expenditures, and recommending cost-saving measures to upper management.
