Local Content Procurement Officer (Temporary – 3 or 4 Months)

Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Local Content Procurement Officer to support Procurement function. The successful candidate will play a key role in supplier engagement, Local Content compliance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting, while contributing to the development and participation of local suppliers in project procurement activities. This vacancy is aligned with internal Local Content and procurement support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update local supplier databases and procurement records.
• Engage with local suppliers and support Expressions of Interest (EOI) and supplier qualification processes.
• Track and report Local Content KPIs and supplier participation levels.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis related to Local Content and Procurement activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance with Local Content objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Local Content activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
