We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Consultant with expertise in recruitment and outsourcing to support our clients in attracting top talent and managing external workforce solutions.

Funções ou responsabilidades:

Recruitment:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals;
• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding);
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals;
• Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks;
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;

Outsourcing & Workforce Solutions:

• Manage outsourced HR functions such as payroll, contract staffing, and compliance;
• Act as a liaison between clients and third-party providers or contracted staff;
• Coordinate the foreign hiring process;
• Contribute to sales growth by supporting client acquisition efforts and promoting company services to potential customers;
• Ensure legal and policy compliance in outsourced arrangements (labor laws, data protection, etc.).

Requisitos ou qualificações:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus);
• 2 years of experience in HR consulting;
• Strong proficiency in English language is crucial;
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously;
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
