ASSET MANAGER OF EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Asset Manager of Equipment and Maintenance at African Century Mozambique (A.C.R.E) located in Pemba. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operation of company equipment. Daily tasks include scheduling regular maintenance, managing repair activities, tracking and documenting equipment usage, and ensuring all equipment meets safety standards. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Skills in Maintenance Scheduling and Operations Management
Ability to Track and Document Equipment Usage
Knowledge of Safety Standards and Compliance
Strong Organizational and Coordination Skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work on-site in Pemba
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a major Plant Hire or Construction Company in similar roles
